I weight lifted today. I did my whole routine. It took maybe 15 minutes. So I didn't burn too many calories. My online fitness journal said that at my weight for that amount of time I burned 160 calories. But my arms are tired, even typing is a little harder. So I know I am building up my muscles. I think that is a really important part of getting in shape for me, to feel stronger.
I didn't eat too much. But I did eat fatty foods. I ate like three servings of cheese in a day. I think I was being a little emotional and craved fat. But at least I didn't overeat. I can recover from today.
