YAY DAY 2.3

I woke up at 5:00 and walked with Kim. I jogged a bit to burn more calories. It was really nice. It was a very mild, humid, fall morning.


I am applying for jobs for the next few hours. So that feels good too.


I'm at Strabucks to apply for jobs. I resisted all the yummies, I got a nonfat pumkin spice latte. So yay for me!

THIRD TIMES THE CHARM

I have to start over again! I don't want to miss three days in a row. At least not right at first.


SO TODAY IS 1.3


I will post photos another day. I did Cardioke with Billy Blanks Jr. and my mom. It was not that fun. But we both sweated and worked hard.  We both laughed at ourselves.

So, this time I can at least get over the first month's hurdle. It will be super!

DAY 3.2

Day Three was a success!

I volunteered, and then hung out with Sophia. So I was busy all day. I didn't overeat, partly because I was busy all day.

AND

To top it all off I worked out, at 10:00 pm. I had to get it into the day. I am so proud of myself. I never do anything late at night, I get tired and frustrated. I never do homework unless I absolutely have to.

So I did over 20 minutes of Jane Fonda's Low Impact Aerobic Workout. I did get my heart rate up and sweat. I wanted to do longer, but I was too worn out this late at night.

Awesome.

I will call it a "Rest day" and know that over the course of my 165 days I only have, a few, rest days.

(Day 1.2) Bollywood Dance Fitness Expirience

The dance workout was fun. The moves were simple, and I could mostly keep up.I know that some of them I was doing incorrectly. I would have to pause the show, and actually practice to get some of them right. My shoulders got tired, and I skipped some of the arm movements. But I did the whole 20 minute workout.

I am sweating, so that's what counts. I think tomorrow I will try something new. There are a ton of workouts that we can access with our cable. Also, I might walk with my mom this afternoon, it's a nice cool, sunny autumn day.

Day 1.2

It's hard to say how much I weigh, the scale at home is off, we have been meaning to get a new one. But it's safe to say about 135.

I did my measurements with my workout clothes on, so I will redo them soon with my mom's help. My waist is 46, my hips 50. Ouch.

But that's okay, as long as I work it off.

Today I am trying a Bollywood workout video that is "on demand" with our cable. Also, I might dance to Shakira while I clean my room. Shakira always makes me feel better. And she is completely and totally sexy. I want to lose weight and learn isolation and belly dancing. I can be Shakira when I grow up!

Plus she even has curly/frizzy hair! And she supports a charity she founded for children in Latin America and Africa.

OH CRAP, BETTER START OVER

Hey blog.


So I got busy with Tanner, before he left for Japan. Then I went to visit my grandparents in Redding. They surprised me with a trip to Sacramento and San Francisco. It was fun. I woke up every day and was active. But I also got to eat out and have treats.


Tanner is now in Japan for 12 weeks. Which is exciting for him. But it means that I have to work out on my own.


So I need to start my challenge over.


I feel motivated.


I am also looking for a job. So I have a lot going on, yet no structure in my days. This will be a challenge for me. To accomplish a lot without the usual school deadlines and such.
