YAY!
Got up at 5:30 with Kim and walked. We walk briskly, and I jogged in intervals. I worked out harder this morning then some other mornings. So that felt good.
I napped when I needed to, still getting weird headaches.
I joined a website that can count my calories last night. So today I ate about 1,566 calories. That would be a little low, but I napped, and quilted mostly. So I wasn't very active, and its okay to eat fewer calories. According to this website my walk burned at least 289 calories.
Good to know. I'm doing well.
BEST YET! I made Fish Fragrant Beef, Broccoli and Mushrooms. It was perfect! It tasted just like in a restaurant, it was so soooo delicious. It makes me miss Tanner though, he would like it.
