Day 5.3 I ran out of time to work out. Oops.
I did volunteer though. I also volunteered today. I still have time to work out today also.
I also signed up a for a free journal so that I can count calories for a while. I eat well, but it would be good to be more aware of what I am eating. Also, I can pay attention to how many calories I am burning.

I think today I will dance for 20 minutes or half an hour for exercise.
