Only day 8? It seems longer then that.
This morning mom and I did a Jillian Michael's workout. It really works out some muscles, and makes me sore. Which is good. Our scale doesn't work very well. We are getting a new one. So I haven't weighed myself. But it makes me SO nervous. Have I lost weight? I'm doing everything right, if I haven't lost weight it will be a crushing blow.
Almost exactly 6 months until my 25th birthday. I want to have lost a real amount of weight by then. If I work hard I can lose 50 pounds by then. So that is a real goal, that I can work toward.
