specific challenges

Here are some specific weight loss challenges I am struggling with.

I eat at work, but still come home hungry. It is late, and I am vulnerable. So sometimes after work I binge eat.

I am not putting working out at the top of my priority list. I have time in the morning, but I am not doing it.

I don't eat often enough at work. Rhea keeps insisting that smaller meals and snacking helps her. But I never bother to take breaks and go eat snacks.

So my plan now is to address these challenges
