We went out to dinner for my mom's birthday on Friday. I chose something pretty healthy at the Mexican restaurant.
I wanted birthday cake, but we got a piece to share and some frozen yogurt to go with it. That was good.
But then on Saturday we worked hard cleaning out the garage. So we had pizza for diner. I ate a bit too much. And if I really want to lose weight faster, like my sister, I would have skipped it altogether.
Then later that night we went to hang out with Julia, John and Owen. I had tatter tot casserole. Ouch.
Today was okay. So as long as I got back on the wagon I'm okay with that.
Monday starts my new week. I am going to try and add some workouts to the mix. That will be more fun to blog about.
I can do this.
