I need to blog more regularly.
Yesterday was a good food day. Rhea insists I need to be snacking more, and keeping up my metabolism. So I did that yesterday, I had a banana and an orange over my afternoon. So when dinner came I was starving! I had a salad with chicken. Then I was so hungry I had some granola bars, they are diet Fiber 1 bars, I had four of them. So um, yeah, that was weird. But not too many calories.
Today I better work out.
So excited about my vacation!
