I have half a day of work today, tomorrow and Thursday. So I am going to start working out tomorrow. Just a little at first. I want to get used to putting aside time for it. Then I can build up the intensity.
My birthday is Thursday!
I think this attitude I have going will serve me well as I move into the new year.

I will also get a scale and start weighing myself this weekend. The numbers are important, if I feel good but am not actually making any progress then it's not enough.
