Day to was not to great. I ate alright. I splurged on cookie dough, I was making Tanner some cookies. I also ate three pieces of scone with my dinner, which is probably two too many. I didn't work out.
Tonight I am going to meditate for fives minutes. I hope to build up to ten or fifteen minutes at a time, and do that once a day. But it's not worth it to jump into in and struggle.
I am also reading Plato's The Republic. Which I know won't help my fitness. But part of this challenge is to find a sustainable way to treat my body better. Living a life that includes reflection and purpose behind my actions will help me do this.
Tomorrow will be better! And include pictures of some kind.
