But then I binged. I ate a bunch of peanut butter. I ate a little too much dinner. Then I had an Oreo McFlurry from McDonalds. Which would have negated any fitness I worked on today.
I don't know why I ate. I started feeling bummed out. I was also having problems with Tanner. We are back together, but our relationship has some problems still.
I need to get my eating under control. I need to work harder on having a better mood. I know all the tips and tricks, I have read all the advice. But I still haven't put it into practice. I have work to do, hard work to do.
