Day one is success! (It could have gone better)
I ate well. You would be bored if I wrote it all down.
I did about ten minutes of light cardio, followed by my weight lifting plan.
I found a great weight lifting plan on a blog about weight lifting, it has focus on women who lift. It doesn't have regular posts, but has some great guides and essays. One of these essays is for overweight women who want to start to lifting. It even has a six week guide, with what moves to do and how to increase your weight and other useful information. So I've been working on getting stronger. It feels great. http://www.stumptuous.com/
I've also been thinking about blogging.
Blogging is inherently an exercise in vanity. Blogging about how you look seems like an awfully self absorbed thing to do. I guess I just want anyone who reads this to know that I recognize this facet of blogging. But at the same time, I spend a lot of time on my computer. I type faster then I write. Blogs are easy to turn into scrap books, with photos, videos and links built in. So in many ways a blog is a perfect outlet for journaling and motivating myself. So I'm going for it!
